The implementation of internal audits is not just a requirement according to the  ISO 9001: 2015 is required, but is above all an important method for the continuous improvement of processes. The internal auditor plays an important role here. He checks compliance with established standards and works out potential for improvement with the contact persons involved in order to further improve current procedures and processes. It is important to plan internal audits in a targeted manner, to carry them out efficiently, to document audit results and to monitor relevant measures. A good audit result is given when the people involved in the audit recognize possible deficits themselves and develop their own interest in eliminating or improving the identified condition.

Objective of the “Internal Auditor” webinar (3 days)

This webinar qualifies you as an internal auditor on the basis of DIN EN ISO 19011: 2018 and enables you to prepare, carry out and follow up internal audits independently. This certificate also serves as approval for the process auditor according to VDA Volume 6.3.

The webinar is aimed at employees who are to be employed as internal auditors and at all interested parties who want to qualify as internal auditors. Prior knowledge and experience in quality management are necessary. We recommend the seminar “Quality Management QM Basic Knowledge “.

Duration

  • 3 x 6 hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

  • Connection of the computers via Teamviewer / Skype or alternative remote software or webinar software

graduation

At the end of the third day there is a written exam to check the knowledge transfer. After passing the exam, you will receive the  “Internal Auditor according to ISO 19011: 2018” certificate. This certificate also serves as approval for the process auditor according to VDA 6.3.
