Then there is usually a very long explanation with nested sentences and the name ISO 9001 : 2015 comes up again and again in this explanation . If you look in the literature you will find definitions like “Quality is the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfills requirements.” Therefore, we would like to try a simple and short definition of the term quality management at this point.

Quality management is the entirety of all organized measures that serve to achieve or improve products, processes or services.

Objective of the webinar “QM basic knowledge”

In this webinar you will get to know the structure of a quality management system with its principles, terminology, structures, processes and responsibilities. Our experienced trainers work with practical examples and modern training methods so that what they have learned can easily be put into practice. You will learn the basics and the application of the ISO 9000 family, as well as the structure and evaluation of a process-oriented QM system. During the webinar you will take the first steps under professional guidance to create QM documents such as management manuals, process descriptions and work instructions. After three days of intensive training, you will be able to  actively participate in the establishment or further development of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 .
